Our Mobile Sales module is a scaled down browser-based version of the Platform CRM which is great for managing mobile events and sales. In the back office, profile customers and generate sales lists to allocate to each salesperson. Restrict access to other products and forms so sales staff can only access the information they need to do their job such as specific locations and product types. Data from sales staff then flows directly into Platform CRM and is available for customer segmentation, profiling and reporting. As a bonus, the webform management system associated with the Mobile Sales Integration allows you to collect any type of info, such as surveys or feedback, and to define internal workflows and marketing automation based on the data collected such as ‘thanks for participating’ emails.
